Mr. Elliot Holokauahi Pulham
Chief Executive Officer
Named chief executive officer of the Space Foundation in 2001, Elliot Pulham leads the premier team of space and education professionals providing services to educators and students, government officials, news media, and the space industry around the world. He is widely quoted by national, international, and trade media in their coverage of space activities and space-related issues. Before joining the Space Foundation, he was senior manager of public relations, employee communication, and advertising for all space programs of Boeing, serving as spokesperson at the Kennedy Space Center for the Magellan, Galileo, and Ulysses interplanetary missions, among others. He is a recipient of the coveted Silver Anvil Award from the Public Relations Society of America - the profession's highest honor. In 2003, the Rotary National Awards for Space Achievement Foundation presented him with the coveted Space Communicator Award, an honor he shares with the late legendary CBS News Anchor Walter Cronkite and former CNN News Anchor Miles O'Brien. Pulham is a member of the national board of advisors of the RNASA Foundation and a member of the board of advisors of the National Institute for Space & Security Centers (NISSC). He is a former Air Force Civic Leader and advisor to the Chief of Staff and Secretary of the Air Force, and a recipient of the U.S. Air Force Distinguished Public Service Medal.

Ms. Holly Roberts
Chief Financial Officer
Holly Roberts is the chief financial officer, responsible for managing the accounting, contracts, and business functions that support the Space Foundation. Since joining the Foundation in 1987, she has developed the financial structure to meet the requirements of a multi-million dollar annual budget with provisions to accommodate government grants and contracts. She formalized the contracting functions and established budgeting and financial performance assessment procedures. Prior to joining the Foundation, Roberts was the controller for the election campaign of a Colorado gubernatorial candidate and a U.S. Senatorial campaign. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Kansas State University.

Mr. Chuck Zimkas
Chief Operating Officer
Chuck Zimkas is the chief operating officer for the Space Foundation, responsible for the Foundation's operations, logistical support functions, and planning, coordination, and execution of major Space Foundation events, including the world's premier space gathering, the National Space Symposium. Zimkas joined the Space Foundation in 1986, following a 26-year Air Force career, during which he was selected as one of the Twelve Outstanding Airman of the Year for the United States Air Force and as the first Air Force Space Command Senior Enlisted Advisor. After Zimkas' Air Force retirement, Air Force Space Command dedicated its Enlisted Heritage Room in his honor. Zimkas is active in national, regional, and community activities, including serving as a member of the Rocky Mountain Chapter of National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA), the Lance P. Sijan Chapter of the Air Force Association (AFA), the Colorado Aerospace Education Foundation, and the Pikes Peak Round Table. He is an Emeritus Member of the AFA National Board of Directors.

Mr. Steve Eisenhart
Senior Vice President - Strategic & International Affairs
As a senior member of the management team, Steve Eisenhart leads the strategic integration of the public, policy, and international affairs of the Space Foundation. He supervises the Foundation's Washington, D.C., team's support of the Foundation's mission and customers, including: government affairs and research and analysis efforts; relationships with government agencies, other space advocacy organizations and associations; and corporate interests. Eisenhart is principally responsible for the Space Foundation's global strategy and relationships with international space agencies and organizations, foreign embassies, and U.S. organizations involved with international space programs. He is directly responsible for the program development and integration of key Space Foundation activities including the widely acclaimed National Space Symposium. Since joining the Space Foundation in 1996, Eisenhart has had a broad range of responsibilities, serving as senior vice president of strategic communications, director of communications and public affairs, and communications manager. Eisenhart was military public affairs official and is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point.

Ms. Elizabeth Y. Wagner
Senior Vice President - Strategic Partnerships
As a principal Space Foundation liaison to the commercial space industry, Elizabeth Wagner is responsible for developing, growing and maintaining key customer relationships with member and potential member companies and for the sales of corporate sponsorships at Foundation events. Prior to working for the Space Foundation, Wagner served as senior vice president and chief operating officer of Sykes Communications. She earned a master's degree in public administration from the University of Texas, LBJ School of Public Affairs, and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Harvard University.

Mr. Brendan Curry
Vice President - Washington Operations
As the Space Foundation's Vice President - Washington Operations, Brendan Curry leads the Space Foundation's government affairs efforts based in Washington, D.C., serving as principal interface with key customers, staff, and officials in the Administration, Congress, space industry, and federal agencies including the Departments of Defense, Commerce, State, Education, Transportation, and NASA. He is also responsible for the Space Foundation's Research & Analysis functions, including policy analysis, Space Foundation Indices, White Papers and special reports, and the Space Foundation's annual analysis and report on the state of the space industry, The Space Report: The Authoritative Guide to Global Space Activity. Previously, Curry was the senior legislative assistant to Congressman Dave Weldon, M.D. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in history from the University of Scranton and Juris Doctor of Law degree from Pennsylvania State University, Dickinson School of Law.

Mr. Iain Probert
Vice President, Education
As the Space Foundation's vice president - education, Probert provides leadership to the education team, its mission, and community outreach. Probert implements the Space Foundation’s flagship Space Across the Curriculum program and works directly with Space Foundation volunteers, sponsors, and speakers in support of a multitude of education related events and activities. In addition, he is responsible for data collection and analysis associated with all education programs. After relocating from the U.K., he worked for the Boy Scouts of America and Learning for Life. Probert earned a Bachelor of Science degree in electronic and computer engineering from Thames University.

Ms. Janet Stevens, APR
Vice President - Marketing and Communications
Janet Stevens, APR, is responsible for the Space Foundation's marketing and public relations programs, including public relations and marketing strategy, media relations, brand identity, advertising and promotion, graphic design, web communications, social media, community relations, and public outreach. Prior to joining the Space Foundation, she was senior vice president - public relations for Idearc Media, one of the nation's largest yellow pages publishers. Before that, she spent more than 30 years in public relations, advertising, and quality management positions at GTE, Fidelity Investments, and Verizon. Ms. Stevens, who has a bachelor's degree in mass communications from the University of South Florida, Tampa, Fla., is accredited by the Public Relations Society of America.

Mr. William V. Parker
Special Adviser - International Affairs
William V. Parker is special adviser - international affairs for the Space Foundation. He is also a senior consultant with SOS International Ltd. Parker recently established Global Engagement Solutions, LLC, an international management consulting firm. He completed a 31-year foreign service career at the rank of minister-counselor with the Department of State and was foreign affairs advisor to General James E. Cartwright, USMC, former commander of the United States Strategic Command (USSTRATCOM). Parker participated in the re-organization of USSTRATCOM and planned the commander's international engagements with Russian and Indian space force commanders. Parker earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science and international relations.
