Statement on the Successful Launch of Starship

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. — March 14, 2024 — Heather Pringle, CEO of Space Foundation, a nonprofit organization founded in 1983 for the global space ecosystem, issued the following statement today on the launch of SpaceX’s Starship.
“All of us at Space Foundation extend our congratulations to the entire SpaceX team on today’s successful launch of Starship. More than history was made today. Starship’s flight expands the revolutionary envelope of today’s commercial spaceflight community. Accessing space is an incredibly difficult and complicated task but today, SpaceX made it look easy! Starship is a gamechanger for all of us and we know even ever greater things are to come.”
