DEADLINE: 2013 International Student Art Contest

Friday, January 18, 2013 - 1:45pm
4425 Arrowswest Drive, Colorado Springs, Colo.

The 2013 Space Foundation International Student Art Contest theme If I Were Going… challenges students to imagine how they would personally experience space travel, exploration or settlement – and then interpret that idea into an original work of visual art (drawing, painting or digital). PreK-12th grade students (or age equivalent outside the U.S.) are invited to enter; teacher sponsorship is required.

Due to the huge response we received last year, we have partnered with to receive all artwork entries. Artsonia is the world's largest online art gallery exclusively featuring the artwork of students in PreK - 12th grade (or equivalent school levels outside of the U.S.).  Artsonia is 100 percent free to use, and teachers may submit student art entries into the contest without joining Artsonia.

Deadline to enter is Jan. 18, 2013. No entries will be accepted after that date.

Please visit for details on the contest and more information on how to enter.
