Space Foundation Issues Report on U.S. Senate Committee on Commerce, Science & Transportation Hearing

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (Dec. 1, 2010) -- On Wednesday the Senate Commerce, Science & Transportation Committee held its first NASA oversight hearing since President Barack Obama signed the NASA Authorization Act of 2010 into law. Senators told NASA and the Obama Administration they would take the necessary steps to ensure the agency follows through with implementing the law into policy. In addition, the GAO offered steps NASA could take to increase the likelihood of success as it implements the Authorization Act. Read more in the Space Foundation report here.
