European Space Propulsion and European Astrotech Limited Sign Fueling Services Agreement

BELFAST, Northern Ireland (June 18, 2013) – European Space Propulsion (ESP), an Aerojet Rocketdyne company, and European Astrotech Limited (EAL) announced today that they have signed an agreement to combine resources to support the growing satellite fueling services market.

Using the companies’ resources and capabilities, the team can extend a global reach supporting multiple launch campaigns with improved capacity for business fluctuation.

“ESP is very pleased to be working with an established European supplier of satellite fueling services to provide greater overall value to our customers,” said Bill Smith, head of Business Development for ESP and Aerojet Rocketdyne in Europe. “This will allow a single source and full service approach to satellite propulsion including thrusters, propulsion systems, fuel and launch pad servicing.”

Sam Green, operations director of EAL said, “This partnership presents an exciting opportunity for EAL to work with a major aerospace supplier, extending our services and expertise worldwide. We look forward to building new relationships based on the foundations of this joint co-operation.”
