The Space Foundation is conducting a New Horizons education program in Fairbanks, Alaska, sponsored by local businesses and the Fairbanks Northstar Borough School District. The lead sponsor, Pogo Mine, hosted the Space Foundation team - Special Advisor - Human Spaceflight Dr. Leroy Chiao, Space Education Specialists Elias Molen and Amy Robinson and Vice President - Marketing and Communications Janet Stevens - for a tour of the mine on Sunday, Feb. 11.
