Sponsors and Exhibitors Support International Space Symposium

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (Aug. 5, 2002) — The Space Foundation announced today the major event sponsors and exhibitors supporting the International Space Symposium. The symposium takes place September 10-13 in Toulouse. Major event sponsors are Centre National d’Etudes Spatiales (CNES), Astrium and Alcatel Space, collectively sponsoring the festive opening ceremonies. Later in the week, the Honorable Philippe Douste-Blazy, mayor of Toulouse, will host a special reception at La Capitole. Additionally, Space.com is the symposium web site sponsor, Space News is the official conference publication, Analytical Graphics, Inc. (AGI) is the official software sponsor, and Stellar Solutions is sponsoring a refreshment break. International Space Symposium attendees will experience an impressive international exhibit center. Major exhibitors include AGI, Arianespace/Starsem, Astrium, CNES, European Space Agency (ESA), Florida Space Authority, Integral Systems, International Space University, Raytheon Company, Research Systems, Inc. – a Kodak company, Space News, and the Swedish Space Corporation.
