Honoring Heroes and Those Who Serve

The Space Foundation is a sponsor of the Chick-fil-A Patriots' Festival & Ride for Heroes, to be held Saturday, Sept. 8, at a new location this year - at Mountain Shadows Park and Chipeta Elementary School in Colorado Springs Colo.

Combining three bicycle rides with an event that remembers September 11, 2001, and benefits police, firefighter and military charities, the Patriots' Festival is a free Colorado Springs event that honors heroes nationwide.

Registration fees for the bike rides and other proceeds from the day will benefit local heroes.
