The International Space University (ISU) is hosting a symposium February 15 - 17, 2011, with the theme, The International Space Station: Maximizing the Return from Extended Operations.
The symposium will address the opportunities offered by extending operation of the International Space Station (ISS) to at least 2020. Closing keynote comments will address possible future directions for human spaceflight beyond that time.
Located in Strasbourg, France, ISU specializes in educating postgraduates and professionals from around the world to prepare them for work in the progressive sector of space, with a goal to provide the skills and global perspective required of future space leaders. Since its founding in 1987, ISU has graduated more than 3,000 students from 100 countries.
