Space Foundation Team Member Gets Statewide Recognition

Space Foundation Executive Assistant Ewa Folden is the 2012 recipient of the Colorado State Air Force Association Medal of Merit.

Folden has been a long-time supporter of the Air Force Association (AFA) in Colorado Springs, where she started as vice president of communications and editor of the quarterly newsletter.

Folden has helped coordinate Outstanding Squadron Banquets and other events, and has served on the Space and Cyber Symposium Committee with responsibility for supporting distinguished visitors.

Folden is also a previous recipient of:

  • 2010 Air Force Association Lance P. Sijan Chapter Outstanding Service Citation
  • 2004 Air Force Association Lance P. Sijan Chapter Medal of Merit
