The Space Foundation conducts targeted programs to create linkage between the traditional space community and the emerging realm of cyberspace - a domain for both strategic and tactical operations characterized by the use of electronics and the electromagnetic spectrum to store, modify and exchange data via networked systems and associated physical infrastructures.
Among the programs, events and information exchanges we offer is an annual Cyber Classified conference held during the Space Symposium. The full-day event features industry views of cyberspace, technology and the human dimension of the cyber domain, providing insight into evolving cyberspace policy issues affecting industry, education and the government.
Integration and Linkage
We also help integrate cyberspace themes and messages into the overall space industry by incorporating cyberspace into the full Space Symposium. Plus, we hold regular briefings with cyberspace experts for corporate members and policymakers and we participate frequently in cyberspace programs and conferences.
