The Space Report 2008 to be Released at 24th National Space Symposium

The Space Report 2008: The Authoritative Guide to Global Space Activity will be available starting Tuesday, April 8, at 10:00 a.m., for purchase during the 24th National Space Symposium and online at www.TheSpaceReport.org.

The Space Report 2008: The Authoritative Guide to Global Space Activity is a comprehensive summary of the state of the space industry in 2007.

Highlights include:

  • U.S. labor and workforce issues - NEW
  • Global space budgets and revenues
  • Summary and analysis of the Space Foundation Index

The Space Report, the flagship research and analysis product of the Space Foundation, is a publication on the state of space that thoroughly examines and analyzes the impact of the space industry on the overall economy. The Space Report 2006: The Guide to Global Space Activity, for the first time, looked at the global space industry in its entirety and established a value for the industry in terms of budgets and revenues, as well as creating a market index for space.
