More than 50 Colorado Front Range space executives from Denver and Colorado Springs gathered for an evening of networking, information presentations and tours of the Space Foundation Visitors Center on Oct. 17. The Colorado Space Business Roundtable (CSBR) Aerospace Exchange, held for the first time at our new world headquarters, was co-hosted by the Space Foundation, ITT Excelis and Batelle.
On Dec. 5, the Space Foundation will further support to the local space community by serving as silver sponsor of the annual Colorado Space Roundup at the Denver Museum of Nature and Science. The premier all-Colorado space industry update and networking event, the Colorado Space Roundup is presented by the CSBR and the Colorado Space Coalition (CSC). The Roundup is in its ninth year and provides attendees an opportunity to catch up on the latest Colorado space news and connect with leaders from business, government and education. The program lineup includes an economic briefing focused on the current status and future prospects of Colorado’s space industry, three engaging panel discussions and keynote Luncheon speaker General William L. Shelton, USAF, commander, Air Force Space Command.
