Space Foundation To Present First Episode in Virtual 3-Part Series on Climate Change Nov. 17

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. — Nov. 11, 2021 — Space Foundation, a nonprofit advocate organization founded in 1983, will be hosting a three-part virtual program featuring a multidimensional look at the pressing global threat of climate change. The episodes will be hosted by Symposium 365, the premier source for media and events in the global space ecosystem.

Climate change is one of the most complex and demanding issues the world is facing today. Policymakers, business leaders, environmental activists, and average citizens are asking important questions, including: What is causing the rise in global temperatures? What are the potential ramifications of changing environments on our global economy and national security? What is being done and needs to be done to adequately address these threats? This three-part series will address all these questions, offering informed and experienced insights from notable leaders and experts.

The first panel session will focus on the root of the problem — discussing the factors that cause climate change and how the long-term effects impact our planet, resources and way of life.
