Visit the Northrop Grumman Science Center, a spectacular destination and educational facility where you can learn about our universe on the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration's amazing Science On a Sphere® (SOS):
- Marvel at the unique spherical display that brings the Earth, Sun, Moon, planets and other celestial bodies to life!
- See exciting programs that explain geography, weather, oceanography, the history of the universe, the impact of natural and manmade phenomena on our planet and so much more!
- Through self-paced or docent-led participation, view our universe the way that only satellites and space travelers have seen!
Three Ways to Visit:
No Reservations Required: Bring you family and friends. We are open every Tuesday and Thursday and the first Saturday of the month from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (admission prices listed lower left).

Beginning Tuesday, June 4, the Space Foundation Discovery Center will be open Tuesday through Saturday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. for the Summer of Discovery! Each week will focus on a specific theme, culminating with a full day of special activities and events planned for each Saturday. Bring your family and friends and join in the fun - we've brought space down to Earth for all to enjoy!
