Space Foundation Releases The Space Report 2007

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (Oct. 9, 2007) — Accredited media are invited to cover the release of The Space Report 2007 at a media briefing in Omaha, Neb. at Strategic Space and Defense 2007.  Space Foundation President and Chief Executive Officer Elliot G. Pulham will lead the briefing.

WHAT: Produced by the Space Foundation’s Research and Analysis division, The Space Report 2007 is an online update to The Space Report 2006, the groundbreaking document that pioneered a new model for understanding the space industry by expanding the traditional three-sector model – civil, commercial, and national security space – into a more precise and comprehensive nine-sector model based on the end use of space products and services.

WHEN:  Media briefing begins at 9:50 a.m. (CDT), Wednesday, Oct. 10, 2007. One-on-one interview opportunities will also be available upon request.

WHERE: Qwest Center Omaha Convention Center and Arena, Room 216. A conference line will also be available.
