Aerojet Achieves Two Million Work Hours Without a Lost-time Injury Milestone

SACRAMENTO, Calif. (Oct. 16, 2012) – Aerojet, a GenCorp (NYSE: GY) company, announced today that its Sacramento, Calif. headquarters has achieved two million work hours without a lost-time injury.

Aerojet’s Sacramento site reached the milestone on Sept. 26. “To achieve this injury-free milestone takes not only an individual, but team effort, throughout our entire facility,” said Bob Werling, vice president of Sacramento operations. “As an organization, we are committed to safety in all aspects of the workplace.
