Aerojet Rocketdyne Welcomes Mark Tucker As Senior Vice President

SACRAMENTO, Calif. (Oct 7, 2013) – Aerojet Rocketdyne, a GenCorp (NYSE: GY) company, today announced that Mark Tucker will join the company as senior vice president of Enterprise Operations and Engineering.
In this role, Tucker primarily will be responsible for planning and developing the overall strategies for multiple functions including manufacturing operations, engineering, supply chain and materiel management, as well as quality assurance. Tucker also will lead efforts to implement and integrate the processes, systems engineering and affordability initiatives across all 16 Aerojet Rocketdyne sites around the country.
Tucker previously spent 30 years with Northrop Grumman, most recently as vice president of special programs for the Aerospace Systems Sector.

Tucker holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Aeronautical Operations from California State University, San Jose, and a Master’s degree in Business Administration, from California State University, Long Beach. He is also a graduate of the Executive Marketing Program, University of California, Los Angeles, and of the Executive Financial Analysis Program at Wharton School of Business, University of Pennsylvania.
