Dynetics Technical Services Receives Small Business Prime Contractor of the Year Award

HUNTSVILLE, Ala., (Oct. 8, 2015) – Dynetics Technical Services (DTS) received the 2015 Small Business Prime Contractor of the Year Award from NASA’s Marshall Space Flight Center, an award DTS also received for 2013. DTS was recognized, along with several other large and small business prime contractors, subcontractors and civil service teams, during the 2015 Industry & Advocates Awards ceremony. The event, held Sept. 17, 2015, at the U.S. Space & Rocket Center, was part of the annual Marshall Small Business Alliance meeting.

The award honors the companies that demonstrated success and sustainable achievement toward meeting NASA’s aerospace missions.

DTS provides IT security services; IT planning, policy, architecture and integration; telecommunications services; applications and web services; computing and data center services; and audio visual information services on the Marshall Space Flight Center Information Technology Services (MITS) contract.

DTS also received the 2012 Marshall Space Flight Center Contractor Excellence Award in the Small Business category. In addition, while performing the NASA MITS contract, DTS has garnered 100 percent performance evaluation scores in all contract areas for the last six consecutive evaluation periods, and has averaged 99.6 percent for all 22 quarters.
