Craig Hrinkevich

Craig Hrinkevich is a Managing Director in the New York City offices of D.A. Davidson. He has over 25 years of experience in public and project finance, most recently as Managing Director at Baird and Wells Fargo Securities. Over his extensive career, he has developed creative financing solutions for high-profile and local issuers nationwide, spanning states, state agencies, utilities, healthcare systems, higher education, school districts, cities, project finance developers/sponsors and transportation entities. He has been involved in financings in 26 states.
Leveraging his expertise across multiple sectors, Craig has structured complex municipal debt financings including new money, refundings, restructurings, and variable/fixed rate transactions. He is skilled at developing tailored financing packages to meet each issuer’s unique needs and goals. Craig specializes in project finance solutions for renewable energy and other energy projects and structures.
Craig serves on the U.S. EPA’s Environmental Financial Advisory Board. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Rutgers College and a master’s in governmental administration from the Fels Institute of Government at the University of Pennsylvania, giving him a strong foundation in public policy and administration. He holds FINRA licenses Series 7, 65, 63, 79, 99, 57, 50, 53 and 54.
