Space Foundation testifies to Moon/Mars Commission

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (Mar. 4, 2004) — Dr. Patricia Arnold appeared yesterday before the Pete Aldridge `Moon/Mars` Commission during its public hearing in Dayton, Ohio. Arnold was one of four nationally known education experts called upon to testify before the commission.
