Space Foundation comments on nomination of Shana Dale as NASA Deputy Administrator

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (Sep. 13, 2005) — The Space Foundation issued the following statement in response to the White House announcement that Shane Dale has been nominated to serve as NASA Deputy Administrator. The statement should be attributed to Space Foundation President and Chief Executive Officer Elliot G. Pulham. “With the White House nomination of Shana Dale, NASA continues to assemble an experienced and energetic team to address the challenges ahead. “Ms. Dale brings a unique blend of expertise and leadership gained on Capitol Hill, within the White House, and with NASA.
