Jack Swigert Aerospace Academy Agreement Signed, Sealed and Delivered

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (Jun. 18, 2009) -- The Space Foundation and Colorado Springs School District 11 (D-11) signed the formal agreement on June 18 to create the Jack Swigert Aerospace Academy in the former Emerson Middle School in Colorado Springs. The new school will open this fall with a space-related curriculum designed to drive proficiency in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM).
