Free Classroom Materials for Teachers

Written by: developer

Free Classroom Materials for Teachers A year-round feature of the Space Foundation Discovery Institute is the Educator Resource Center (ERC), which houses a library, STEM education store, and a supply of free classroom materials for PreK-12 teachers. The ERC provides a variety of free classroom materials for PreK-12 educators, including educational guides, lithographs, classroom posters, bookmarks, and many other educational supplies. Educators may visit the ERC to browse, or can order classroom materials by phone (there may be a charge for shipping).

The Space Foundation Discovery Institute is located at 105 Coleridge Ave. in Colorado Springs and provides space- and aerospace-themed professional development, training, and support for teachers and students from around the world. It serves as the base location for the Space Foundation's education programs, and houses classrooms, the new AGI Space Missions Simulator, as well as the ERC.

The Educator Resource Center hours of operation are by appointment only, Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Order materials or make an appointment to visit by calling the Space Foundation at 800.691.4000.
