Thuraya Signs Service Partner Agreement with Pivotel of Australia

DUBAI, United Arab Emirates (March 7, 2013) – Thuraya Telecommunications, a leading Mobile Satellite Services operator today announced it has signed a Service Partner agreement with Pivotel Group Pty Limited of Australia. As a licensed mobile carrier, Pivotel will provide Thuraya’s products and services across Australia and Southern Asia. The Company supports Australia’s largest installed base of mobile satellite users including voice, data and M2M services. The addition of Thuraya’s suite of products further complements Pivotel’s current product range and will enhance its position as Australia’s premier mobile satellite service provider across several vertical markets including mining, transport, maritime, professional trades, emergency services, construction and consumers.
