Space Technology & Investment Forum Concludes Aug. 17 with StartUp Showcase

The Space Foundation’s second annual Space Technology & Investment Forum will wind up today in San Franciso with a StartUp Showcase Reception for all participants. The Space Technology & Investment Forum is a two-day by-invitation conference, bringing together top venture capitalists and angel investors with space industry experts to explain the technical, legal and business issues critical to market analysis and risk assessment.

Today’s featured luncheon speaker is Gregory Johnson, Executive Director, Center for the Advancement of Science in Space, and former NASA astronaut.

The afternoon featured speaker is John Higginbotham, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Blue Ridge Networks, speaking on “SpaceVest: Lessons from the First Space Industry Focused Venture Capital Fund — Stars and Scars.”
