Regulation A+ Campaign Active as Company Targets $25 Million Raise

Colorado Springs, CO – April 6, 2025 – MyRadar, an industry leading provider of real-time weather intelligence, has secured $7.5 million in funding to advance the development of HORIS (Hyperspectral Orbital Remote Imaging Spectrometer), an AI-driven low-Earth orbit satellite constellation designed to revolutionize Earth monitoring and environmental hazard detection.

The company’s Regulation A+ equity campaign is now open and active, with a total funding target of $25 million to bring its groundbreaking technology to orbit. The announcement is being made at the Space Symposium in Colorado Springs, a premier event for space industry leaders and investors.

AI-Driven Intelligence at the Edge: HORIS Constellation

Utilizing onboard AI, the satellites will provide continuous 24/7 Earth observation, detecting hazards in real-time and immediately alerting customers on the ground—without the need to wait for human analysis and intervention.

Unlike traditional satellite imaging systems that require periodic transfer of image data for manual analysis, HORIS satellites “think” at the edge, automatically identifying critical events using a suite of advanced visible, thermal, and hyperspectral sensors. Once operational, this real-time intelligence will significantly reduce response times and improve situational awareness in a variety of applications, including:

Defense & Security Applications – Detecting hypersonic missile activity and other potential threats in near real-time.

Wildfire Detection & Mitigation – Detecting fires in their earliest stages and notifying emergency responders in under 15 minutes to help prevent catastrophic spread.

Disaster Monitoring – Identifying hurricanes, floods, and extreme weather events with significant speed and accuracy.

A Powerful, Scalable, and Rapidly Deployable Solution

With approximately 150 small yet powerful satellites planned for deployment, HORIS will deliver persistent global monitoring, ensuring that environmental and security threats are identified and responded to faster than ever before.

“The ability to detect and analyze events before they escalate into full-scale disasters is critical in today’s world,” said Andrew Green, CEO of MyRadar. “HORIS represents the next generation of space-based intelligence—one that doesn’t just capture data, but actively interprets and delivers insights in real time, enabling faster decision-making and, ultimately, saving lives.”

Investment & Next Steps

With the first $7.5 million secured, MyRadar is launching its first two commercial satellites in June of 2025. With a total funding goal of $25 million, the company is inviting additional investors to join the mission of bringing AI-powered Earth monitoring to reality. The raise complements a number of Phase I and Phase II grant and contract wins with NOAA, the US Navy and the US Air Force, as well as revenues from the company’s traditional product streams.
