What is the cancellation and transfer policy?

Cancellations received in writing by Monday, March 15, 2027, are eligible for a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued after March 15, 2027. Credit card processing fees are nonrefundable.

Failure to pay or attend does not constitute cancellation. If Space Foundation cancels or postpones the event, it is not responsible for airfare or other expenses incurred by attendees, exhibitors, or speakers.

Registration transfers will be accepted through Monday, March 29, 2027. A $50 transfer fee will be applied to the new registration and must be paid before Space Symposium begins.

Refunds of deposits paid to hotels or other service providers are subject to each provider's refund policy.

Is online registration secure?

Yes. Online payments are processed through Stripe, a payment platform certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1, the highest level of certification in the payment industry. Stripe uses industry-standard security measures to protect payment information.

Are dining tickets included with registration?

No. Tickets for Space Symposium breakfasts, luncheons, and dinners must be purchased separately.

Dining tickets can be purchased during online registration or added to an existing registration by logging in to your registration account using the information in your confirmation email. You may also contact Space Foundation Customer Relations at +1 800-691-4000.

Tickets may be available for purchase onsite, subject to availability.

Why am I charged a credit card processing fee when registering online?

A nonrefundable credit card processing fee is applied to online payments to cover transaction costs charged by our third-party payment provider. This fee is not retained as revenue by Space Foundation.

Attendees who prefer to avoid the credit card processing fee may pay by ACH transfer.

Can someone else pick up my badge for me?

No. For security reasons, all attendees must pick up their own badges and registration materials and present a valid government-issued photo ID.

Can exhibitors attend Space Symposium speaking sessions?

Exhibitor badges do not include access to Space Symposium speaking sessions.

Can I visit the Northrop Grumman Exhibit Center without registering for Space Symposium?

Access to the Northrop Grumman Exhibit Center is limited to registered Space Symposium attendees, exhibitors, and visitors with passes issued through exhibiting companies.

Exhibit-only passes are not available for individual purchase. Visitor passes must be arranged through a participating exhibitor.

May I take photos or record video at Space Symposium?

Photography and video recording are permitted throughout Space Symposium venues, including speaking sessions and the Northrop Grumman Exhibit Center. Photography and recording are prohibited during private meetings and classified programs.

Where can I park during Space Symposium?

Parking is available at several locations, with complimentary shuttle service to Space Symposium venues.

• The Broadmoor: Limited parking is available in the parking garage and designated campus lots for $40 per day.
• Broadmoor World Arena: Offsite parking is available for $20 per day, with complimentary shuttle service.
• Cheyenne Mountain Resort: Parking is available for $30 per day or $120 per week, with complimentary shuttle service.
