Written by: developer

Certification Partner Eagle Shield Strikes Green Deal Space Certification Program partner Eagle Shield has formed a partnership with Hüper Optik® USA, inventor of environmentally friendly multi-layered nano-ceramic window films.

Eagle Shield, Inc., is a leader in energy conservation and renewable energy solutions for home and business. Its Radiant Barrier Reflective Insulation is the only insulation recognized by the Space Foundation as a Certified Space Technology(TM).

Through the agreement, Eagle Shield will offer Hüper Optik’s Ceramic 30 Nano Film, which is embedded with NASA-developed titanium nitride beads that block UV and infrared light, but let visible light through. It deflects up to 70 percent of the sun’s heat and blocks nearly all ultraviolet rays, which saves energy and protects fabrics and carpets from fading. The film is 100% metal-free and 100% dye-free.

Eagle Shield, based in Northern California, is a Space Foundation Space Certification Program Corporate Patron Partner. Hüper Optik® USA is based in Houston.

The Space Certification Program recognizes products originally developed for space or improved through space utilization that have been adapted to improve life on Earth.
