Star Watching Tips from the Space Foundation

Written by: developer

Space Foundation space education specialist Elias Molen was recently interviewed by the Denver Post for an article about star gazing. In it, he recommended smartphone applications for finding constellations, including: Star Walk, Google Sky Map, Starry Night and Planets.

“Families just bring up the night sky on their smart phones,” Molen was quoted in the article. “They hold the phone over their heads and see the different constellations and the stars. It’s a great introduction.”
