Nov. 14 is Deadline to Submit Student Art Contest Entries

Written by: developer

The deadline is fast approaching to submit entries for the Space Foundation’s 2015 International Student Art Contest. The contest annually draws thousands of entries from children in dozens of countries around the world. Submissions for the 2015 contest are being accepted now until Nov. 14, and must be submitted online by the child’s teacher. For rules and details about entry, click here.

Students ages 3 to 18 years, are invited to draw, paint or create a digital image of their idea of the view looking into space from a spaceship for the contest theme “The View From My Spaceship.” Prizes will be awarded by age category and the winners notified in early 2015.

For the 2014 contest, more than 7,100 entries representing 54 countries, including 43 U.S. states and two U.S. territories, were received. See the 2014 winning artwork here.
