The Space Foundation Recognizes New Corporate Members, Cobham, Jacobs, and WP Aerospace.

The Space Foundation welcomes three new companies to its growing list of Corporate Members.
The Space Foundation’s newest Corporate Partner, Cobham, is a global company engaged in developing, delivering and supporting leading- edge aerospace and defense systems in the air, on land and at sea. Employing more than 12,000 people on five continents, Cobham has four divisions specializing in providing components, subsystems, and services that keep people safe, improve communications, and enhance the performance of platforms.
Joining the list of Corporate Patrons is Jacobs, the advanced technology division of Jacobs Engineering, one of the nation’s largest engineering and technical services-only companies. With 70+ years of experience supporting government and commercial clients, Jacobs has earned a reputation for excellence and outstanding technical and managerial achievements in quality, performance, and safety. Jacob’s clients include the DOD, NASA, the U.S. Special Operations Command, the DOE, and dozens of commercial clients, including Boeing, Lockheed Martin, Rolls-Royce, General Motors, Ford, Chrysler and Saturn.
WP Aerospace, also a Corporate Patron, is a new satellite manufacturing company specializing in providing small satellites and related systems to the U.S. and international aerospace markets. The company focuses on total system design, development, testing, integration, and delivery to open the market to new customers with repeatable, dependable and cost-effective capabilities. WP Aerospace is headquartered in Colorado Springs, Colo., with representatives in California, New Mexico, and Washington D.C.
