His broad experience in Europe, Asia, Africa, and Washington, D.C., brings a unique new capability to the Space Foundation as its mission-related activities become broader in scope and more international in flavor.
The Space Foundation recently announced the hiring of two new vice presidents. Mr. James Vaughan has been named vice president of marketing and creative services and Mr. Kevin Wilma will fill the newly created position of vice president of development. Both will report to president and chief executive officer, Elliot Pulham, and will be based at the Space Foundation’s Colorado Springs headquarters.

This responsibility includes managing the graphic identity of the Foundation and production of all Space Foundation collaterals that contribute to the success of Foundation partner services, industry services, education, and space awareness activities.
As the vice president of development, Wilma will lead the Space Foundation’s philanthropic development office. He will be responsible for creating an overall fundraising strategy and annual fundraising goals and plans, while taking leadership for all major fundraising efforts.
