Sold-Out AMERICOM Government Services (AGS) Exhibit Center Will Show Off Latest TechnologyCOLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (Feb. 24, 2010) — The sold-out AMERICOM Government Services (AGS) Exhibit Center will feature more than 140 space-related companies and organizations, displaying the latest in space technology, equipment, and services at the Space Foundation’s 26th National Space Symposium, April 12-15, at The Broadmoor Hotel in Colorado Springs, Colo.

The National Space Symposium is one of the largest events held each year at The Broadmoor, and the premier annual gathering of the space industry anywhere in the world. The exhibits, which fill two expansive exhibit halls, will be open to Symposium registrants, a select group of teachers and students, and invited guests.

“Despite a challenging economy and a fair amount of uncertainty in the future direction of the space industry, our exhibit center sold out months earlier than it did last year,” said Space Foundation Chief Executive Officer Elliot Pulham. “A great deal of business is transacted at the Symposium and our exhibitors realize now, more than ever, they need visibility at the National Space Symposium. We are grateful for their support.”

Hill Lifetime Space Achievement Award Luncheon honoring former NASA astronaut John Young, and the final evening’s Space Technology Hall of Fame® Dinner featuring actor and Douglas S.
