Space Foundation Wins International, Colorado Marketing Awards

A number of Space Foundation materials and programs have been honored at both the international and state level.

Colorado AMA Peak Awards

At the Colorado American Marketing Association’s 24th Annual Gala in June, the Space Foundation received several awards for its marketing entries. The event highlighted hundreds of entries from agencies and organizations from across the state.

The Space Foundation received awards in the following categories:

International Academy of the Visual Arts Communicator Awards

Two Space Foundation designs, produced by Colorado Springs-based Crystal Peak Design, received 2012 Communicator Awards from the International Academy of the Visual Arts, which is dedicated to embracing progress and the evolving nature of traditional and interactive media. Selected from among thousands of entries from around the world, Space Foundation materials were honored in two categories:

2012 Print and Design Excellence Award
Marketing/Promotion – Campaign
Space Foundation Space Shuttle Posters (available for purchase here)

2012 Integrated Campaigns Distinction Award
Brochure – Business-to-Business

Crystal Peak Design, an accomplished and nationally known design and advertising agency located in Colorado Springs, Colo., worked closely with the Space Foundation to design both projects.

The Communicator Awards are sanctioned and judged by the International Academy of the Visual Arts, an invitation-only body consisting of top-tier professionals from a “Who’s Who” of acclaimed media, advertising, and marketing firms. Click here for more information.
