The Space Foundation has assembled an impressive panel for its 30th Space Symposium session "The Search for Life in the Universe." This in-depth discussion by some of the leading thinkers and academics in the fields of astrophysics and astronomy will reveal insights by panelists (right, from top to bottom):

The panel will be moderated by Blake Bullock (pictured at left), Director, Civil Air and Space, Business & Advanced Systems Development Northrop Grumman Aerospace Systems.

"It is extraordinary to be able to bring together the greatest minds in their respective fields to discuss why recent progress in astrophysics and space technologies makes this a unique time in our history to conduct such a search," said Space Foundation Chief Executive Officer Elliot Pulham. "These are the thought leaders who can translate complex concepts into language we can all fully understand, and interpret the implications for future generations."

The 30th Space Symposium is slated for May 19-22 at The Broadmoor Hotel in Colorado Springs, Colo., USA. Widely known as the most important worldwide space industry conference, the Space Symposium annually attracts more than 9,000 participants.

With presentations and panel discussions covering every facet of the global space community, the Space Symposium will feature the latest space technology, equipment and services in the Boeing Exhibit Center. There will also be special events and programs for New Generation Space Leaders, international guests, educators, students and corporate partners.
