Heidi Vasiloff is an experienced executive leader, educator, and organizational development professional with a career spanning education, nonprofit leadership, environmental science, and business process improvement. She has a proven track record of building strong teams, developing leaders, and guiding organizations through growth, innovation, and mission-driven transformation.

Most recently, Heidi served as Executive Director of Great Hearts Online (Nova), where she led enrollment growth, cultivated strong community relationships, and built high-performing teams to deliver a scalable and high-quality academic model. In this role, she oversaw hiring and leadership development, managed organizational budgets, and developed internal and external partnerships to support long-term program success.

Previously, Heidi served as Headmaster at Trivium Preparatory Academy within the Great Hearts network, where she led faculty development, strengthened student culture, and managed school operations and budgets. Earlier in her career, she was a science educator and curriculum developer, designing rigorous science coursework, hands-on laboratories, and experiential learning opportunities for students.

Heidi also spent a decade as a consultant and trainer, working with Fortune 500 companies across multiple industries, government departments and university to improve business processes, facilitate leadership development programs, and implement performance measurement systems. Her work focused on strengthening organizational performance, developing leadership capabilities, and guiding complex teams through process improvement initiatives.

Earlier in her career, Heidi held multiple leadership roles with the Arizona Game and Fish Department and wildlife organizations, coordinating statewide environmental education initiatives, managing programs and budgets, and training hundreds of staff, educators, and volunteers. She holds a Master of Science in Leadership from Grand Canyon University and a Bachelor of Science in Wildlife Biology from Arizona State University.
