New Generation Social: Margaritas and Martians at the Discovery Center

Written by: developer

Since 2008, the Space Foundation has made it a part of its focus to support, engage and lift up the young professionals in the aerospace industry through our New Generation program. We have consistently found that young professionals in the aerospace industry are hungry for support, connections and a greater understanding of how to take their career to the next level. We heard you, and as a result, the New Generation program is expanding, and the Space Foundation is working hard to provide more programming in order to offer consistent year-round support to young professionals in aerospace.

The Space Foundation is hosting a July event that will focus on giving young professionals in the Colorado aerospace industry time to get to know, connect and engage with their peers.

WHEN:
July 14, 2017
2:00 – 8:00 p.m.

WHERE:
Space Foundation Headquarters and Discovery Center
4425 Arrowswest Drive
Colorado Springs, CO 80907

WHAT:
Programming will include a prominent keynote speaker, team building activities, and of course, a little fun. From driving “rovers” on our Martian terrain, to virtual reality, this event is assured to not only be a great time, but result in truly meaningful connections for young professionals.

Test your knowledge, work together and challenge your design skills through a day of fun team building activities with fellow young professionals. Each of the day’s activities offers a chance to win raffle prizes, including the chance to win a 34th Space Symposium New Generation registration.

Join us at the Discovery Center for our July New Generations event. If you would like more information about this event and registration details, please email [email protected]. More information coming to our website soon!
