Space Journalists Who Get it Right

Written by: developer

In the December issue of Space Watch, Space Foundation Chief Executive Officer Elliot Pulham wrote in his View From Here column about the role of journalists who cover space. He cited some who “…cover our industry with objectivity, journalistic know-how and a solid knowledge base…” and he listed a few names of those who excel in their profession. He encouraged readers to send in the names of other outstanding space reporters.

Here are the names we were asked to add to the list of those who get it right:

  • Eric Berger, Houston Chronicle
  • James Dean, Florida Today
  • Jeff Foust, SpaceNews
  • Marcia Smith, SpacePolicyOnline

We agree that these people deserve special mention. See the other reporters Pulham praised in his article “Finding Out How Far We Can Go,” here.

This article is part of Space Watch: January 2015 (Volume: 14, Issue: 1).
