Simpson Joins Space Foundation

The friendly voice on the phone at the Space Foundation World Headquarters in Colorado Springs, Colo., is Yolanda Simpson, who recently joined our customer service team as receptionist. 

Simpson has more than 10 years experience as a customer service/administrative support professional. She is responsible for greeting and interacting with visitors and customers, in person and over the phone.
