Space Technology Benefits Recognized Around the World

Wherever you go and whatever the local language happens to be, a common theme found around the world is that space technologies continue to benefit all of us here on Earth. A recent television story by Channel One - Russia underscores this truth.

The story paid special attention to Space Certification Program partner Eagle Shield and interviewed Lisa Lockyer, deputy director, New Ventures & Communications Directorate, NASA, about NASA spinoff technologies, many of which have been inducted into the Space Foundation's Space Technology Hall of Fame.

This state-side footage, describing just a few of the many beneficial space technology products and services, was transmitted via satellite to Moscow and aired on Russian television and the Internet.
