Testimony of Elliot Holokauahi Pulham at the United States House of Representatives Science, Space, & Technology Committee
Space Foundation Chief Executive Officer Elliot Pulham testified on A Review of the Space Leadership Preservation Act before the Space Subcommittee of the U.S. House of Representatives Science, Space, & Technology Committee on February 27, 2013.
As the foremost advocate for the space industry, the Space Foundation is often called upon to present unbiased, third-party information and opinions on space initiatives and policies. Pulham, who has been CEO of the Space Foundation since 2001 and frequently speaks about space policy, is a recipient of the Rotary National Awards for Space Achievement Foundation Space Communicator Award, an honor he shares with the late legendary CBS News Anchor Walter Cronkite and former CNN News Anchor Miles O’Brien.
The testimony includes the findings and recommendations from the Space Foundation’s report on the future of NASA entitled, PIONEERING: Sustaining U.S. Leadership in Space.
