Arkady founded his first company at 18, while getting his Masters in physics. He started his second company at the age of 22 and has grown it to become the largest digital music label in Russia. After that he got an MBA from INSEAD. Upon graduation he was invited to turn around 2 ventures and made both of them profitable. Later he led the 4x ramp up and a complete corporate overhaul as COO at VK.com.  A resident of the US since 2020, he has been running his own Deep Tech fund since 2022.
